Winners of the Champlin Park High School Scholarships in 2017-2018

Champlin Park High School is proud to announce the winners of the 2017-2018 Champlin Park High School Scholarships. The scholarships were awarded to students who have demonstrated excellence in their academics and who have participated in extracurricular activities.

The scholarships totaled $25,000, and the recipients are:

• Ashley Virden – English honors student and member of the National Honor Society
• Barrett Mendez – captain of the varsity basketball team and member of the National Honor Society, Beta Club, and Spanish Club
• Cassidy Porter – varsity cheerleader and member of the Academic Decathlon Team
• Elizabeth Macias – daughter of a Champlin Park High School employee and member of the school’s Young Republicans Club
