What is the Colorado Annual Commission Update Course?
The Colorado Annual Commission Update Course (CACUC) is an 8-hour online course that provides a summary of the most recent changes to Colorado’s annual commission laws. The CACUC was created in 2015 in order to provide commissioners and their staff with up-to-date information about the state’s annual commission laws. The CACUC is available both for purchase and for free download.
The CACUC includes overviews of all 16 sections of Colorado’s annual commission law, as well as key changes from year to year. The course is designed for use by commissioners and their staff, but it is also accessible to the public.
To enroll in the CACUC, you must first create an account on the Colorado State Library website. After you create your account, you will need to provide your name, contact information, and email address. You will also need to enter your contact information into the “Course Request Form” section of the CSL website.
Once you have completed these steps, you can begin enrolling in the CACUC. Enrollment is open each month from Monday through Friday at 9:00 a.m. EST until Thursday at 11:59 p.m. EST. You can enroll in the CACUC either through the CSL website or through a course management system (CMS). If you enroll through CMS, you will be asked to submit your course fee payment via PayPal after you complete your enrollment form.
