This ten-week program is designed to give talented sophomores from diverse backgrounds the opportunity to learn about and experience investment banking. During the program, interns will rotate through various teams within the Investment Banking Division, including Capital Markets, Corporate Finance, and Mergers & Acquisitions. Interns will also have the chance to participate in client meetings, pitch presentations, and live deals. In addition, interns will receive training on financial modeling and valuation techniques. Program Details and Eligibility Requirements

Guggenheim Securities’ Investment Banking Sophomore Diversity Internship Program is open to current sophomore students who identify as a member of a minority group that is underrepresented in the financial services industry. The program is designed to provide students with an overview of Guggenheim’s investment banking business and expose them to the various career paths available within the industry.

In order to be eligible for the program, students must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 and must be able to commit to working full-time for the duration of the 10-week program. Interns will be expected to work on various projects throughout the duration of the internship and will have the opportunity to interact with Guggenheim professionals at all levels of the organization.

The program will provide interns with a stipend, as well as cover all travel and housing expenses associated with the internship. Upon completion of the program, participants will receive an offer of full-time employment from Guggenheim Securities.
