University of Massachusetts-Amherst

University of Massachusetts-Amherst:

Founded in 1863, the University of Massachusetts-Amherst is a public research university located in the town of Amherst, Massachusetts. The school has a total undergraduate enrollment of 22,906 and a total graduate enrollment of 4,972.

Boston University

Boston University is a private, non-profit research university located in Boston, Massachusetts. It has a total enrollment of about 31,000 students, including about 12,000 graduate students. The university offers undergraduate, graduate and doctoral degrees in the humanities, sciences, and engineering (including both research/scholarship and professional practice).

Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT)

MIT, a private research university located in Cambridge, Massachusetts, is one of the most prestigious universities in the country. MIT is a member of the Association of American Universities (AAU). It is also a member of the Five Colleges consortium and Association of American Medical Colleges.

Northeastern University

Northeastern University is a private research university in Boston, Massachusetts. Founded in 1898 by the American industrialist and philanthropist James Storrow, Northeastern was first established as the Evening Institute for Younger Men. By 1904 it offered business courses for working men and women in the evenings but eventually expanded to include day-time programs as well. The university has seven campuses, including three in Boston, one in Taunton, Massachusetts (the Marine Science Center), one at John F Kennedy International Airport on Long Island City/New York City/Manhattan Island, New York (Northeastern Global Gateway) and another campus located near Fenway Park which serves as the home field for its football team; additionally it offers classes through its international campuses with programs that range from six weeks to two years long depending on whether you would like an undergraduate degree or graduate degree from a specific subject area such as Information Technology or Nursing at Northeastern University’s main campus location).

Cambridge College is a private, non-profit, regionally accredited college located in Cambridge, Massachusetts. The school offers online and campus-based programs.

  • Online Registered Nurse to BSN program

The online Registered Nurse to Bachelor of Science in Nursing (RN to BSN) program can be completed entirely online through the use of interactive lectures, presentations and assignments. To earn your degree you must complete 63 credits which includes 30 credits earned from an associate’s degree or 60 credits earned from a bachelor’s degree. The remaining 33 credit hours can be transferred into the program if applicable; however, students who have already completed an associate’s degree will need to take additional elective courses if they want their degree requirements met.* Campus-based BSN programs available at other locations

Tufts University is located in Medford, Massachusetts. They offer a BSN program and have a high acceptance rate.

Framingham State University

Framingham State University is a public university located in Framingham, Massachusetts. The university was founded as a normal school in 1839, and is now part of the Massachusetts State College and University System.

The university has an undergraduate population of over 5,000 students on its main campus. Additionally, there are several off-campus locations where students can take classes at Marlborough High School or Westborough High School.

The athletic teams for Framingham State University are called the Rams; they compete in Division III athletics within the NCAA conference UMass Boston.
