$5,000 and $10,000 Graduate Fellowships for International Students at York University In Canada, 2017-2018

The Graduate Centre for Studies in Education at York University is pleased to announce the availability of two graduate fellowships for international students who are enrolled as full-time doctoral candidates in the School of Graduate Studies.

The Graduate Fellowships will provide annual awards of $5,000 and $10,000 per year respectively. These funds are intended to supplement the student’s financial support package (including any other funding available to them) but not replace it. The award amount may be used by recipients towards living expenses such as: rent/mortgage payments; utilities (including hydro); telephone service; internet connectivity costs; food costs; transportation expenses between home and school (e.g., TTC monthly pass); child care services needed during your coursework hours; or any other reasonable cost related directly to your studies that you have incurred through no fault of your own (e.g., unexpected medical bills).   • The Canadian Nurses Foundation Scholarship Program is open to any student who is currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program at an accredited Canadian university or college and has completed their first year of study.
