The Roswell Cancer Center offers a number of options for summer internship placement. Interns may be placed in one of the center’s six departments: cancer care, chemotherapy services, genetics services, medical oncology, radiation oncology or pathology. Each department has its own set of requirements and expectations that interns must meet before being accepted into the program.

Internships at Roswell Cancer Center are full-time positions lasting 10 weeks and typically begin in late May or early June. Positions are available on a first-come first-serve basis and internships are offered year-round. Internship candidates should have astrong interest in healthcare and be passionate about helping people with cancer. In addition to having good interpersonal skills and excellent written and oral communication abilities, interns must have strong computer skills as most activities at the cancer center are done online.
