Universal Studios Internships are back! This summer, interns will have the opportunity to learn about the workings of one of Hollywood’s most iconic studios. From production to marketing and everything in between, this internship is a unique opportunity for students to gain real-world experience in the entertainment industry.

The Universal Studios internship program is open to students from all colleges and universities around the United States and Canada. In order to be accepted into the program, applicants must submit an online application and cover letter. Once accepted, interns will attend weekly meetings with their assigned supervisor and participate in on-the-job training.

This year’s internship program offers a variety of opportunities, including: production internships working on films such as The Mummy and Despicable Me 3; marketing internships working on Universal’s marketing campaigns; theme park operations internships working at both Universal Orlando Resort and Universal Studios Hollywood; digital media internships creating content for Universal’s website and social media platforms; retail operations internships working at select merchants throughout both theme parks; culinary internship opportunities at several restaurants within both theme parks.

How to Apply for an Universal Studios Internship

If you are interested in applying for an internship at Universal Studios Hollywood, be sure to read the following carefully! Internships are limited and applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis through the Universal Studios Hollywood website.

To apply:

1. Log into your account on the Universal Studios Hollywood website.

2. On the “Job Opportunities” tab, click on “Internship Application.”

3. Complete the application form and upload your resume or biography. Please note that your resume or biography should highlight your skills and experience related to film production or amusement park attraction management. In addition, please list any letters of recommendation that you may have.

To be eligible for an internship at Universal Studios Hollywood, you must first complete the Universal Studios Application. The application can be found on the website ustw.com/internships. After completing the application and submitting it, you will need to provide your resume and transcripts. You will also be required to pass a Universal Studios Background Check.

After being accepted into the Universal Studios Internship Program, you will be assigned to one of our departments or theme parks. You will then begin your internship by shadowing one of our employees for a set period of time. During this time, you will learn about our company and the various aspects of our operations. After shadowing has ended, you will begin working in one of our departments or theme parks under the supervision of a supervisor.
